Do I have to pay for Junto?

Junto has a mission to help young entrepreneurs reach their full potential. A tuition has been set in place to cover the costs of running the Junto program on a larger scale.  This money will go towards facilities, materials, and efforts to prepare for and manage the class.  This has been a philanthropic endeavor for both Greg Warnock and Alan Hall.  They are glad to continue to donate their time and efforts toward the cause.

Can I get my money back if Junto isn't the right fit for me?

Absolutely. We just want to set Junto up with a model that can be self sustained as long as people want to learn the material. We have implemented a progressive money back guarantee. If you come to the first class and discover it is not for you, we will refund all of your money. If you decide it is not a good fit after class two, you get 75% back. Done after the third class, we are willing to return 50% of your tuition. After the fourth class, you have had a month to figure out if Junto is your style. We will still refund 25%, but if you decide to continue no refund is available.

Are you Junto material?

It's very difficult to precisely identify entrepreneurs by personality traits or characteristics. It's even more difficult to predict their ultimate success. The Junto program reflects the founder's belief that these assessments are best made through relevant activity and interaction as opposed to a personality inventory or questionnaire.

Successful entrepreneurs seem to demonstrate a tendency to act. Many times entrepreneurship requires action in the face of uncompleted information. Self-confidence and low concern for the psychological consequences of failure can drive the entrepreneur on. They are less concerned with what others might think if they fail or make a costly decision. They are more comfortable dealing with unforeseen developments and opportunities. They are often required to adapt, to revamp or completely revise their business strategy. Entrepreneurs generally demonstrate commitment and determination, are beloved leaders, are obsessed with opportunity, are creative and adaptable, exhibit a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty, and are relentlessly motivated to excel and succeed.

If these paragraphs describe you, you may be interested in applying for the Junto program where you would compete for the opportunity to start your own business with mentoring and credibility the program will provide.

The Junto program will consist of a 4 hour class held once a week for 6 weeks. At the end of the completion of the 6-week process, the top performing participants will be selected to launch/buy/build a Junto business. As in life, opportunities exist for those who seize them.
